During the visit, there is a thorough medical history, with special attention to the patient’s complaints and clinical situation, a gynecological examination with discussion of the local condition, an ultrasound examination for the diagnosis of endometriosis/adenomyosis (with 3D option) and discussion of the images, a description of the ultrasound examination in the #ENZIAN protocol, a summary of the visit and medical and preventive recommendations with description, a printout of the post-visit management plan, and answering the patient’s questions.
Please prepare previous endometriosis test results (scans can be emailed in advance to: info@medfemina.pl), date of last menstrual period, list of medications used, and empty the bladder before the visit.
