Notice: In case of failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation at least 5 hours in advance, a fee of 100 PLN will be charged for the unused reservation.
The price list does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. The final cost of the visit is determined by the physician based on its scope.
